After just over a decade of experience in the field, a small business degree and customer service management experience, Mallory Cook became very passionate and adamant about creating her vision for a place where her staff can focus on creating the best experience for their clients. From apprenticing under multiple national Redken artists to having her own chair rental 12 years later and few salons in between, Mal has observed +'s & -'s in our field from all aspects.
